How about ending the year with a Puerto Rican spin on eggnog. Salud!
- 1 can sweetened, condensed milk
- 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup white rum -- as much as you see fit
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Serve, garnishing with additional cinnamon
